Microlan® by RC Plast
Microlan® is a special mixture of microcellular polyurethane foam of our invention, which guarantees quality and high performance.
What is Microlan®?
Microlan® expanded polyurethane MDI based is a mixture consisting of a polyol polyester resin joined to an isocyanate part (MDI base prepolymer) with the addition of a mixture of catalysts, activators and additives for cell regulation.
Microlan® is suitable for the production of:
- bumpers for shock absorbers
- sleeves
- washers and details related to the automotive sector
But not only, there are multiple fields of use of the above formula.
The density can vary from 0.35 up to 0.65 [gr / cm3] depending
on the needs and requirements of our customers.
The yellow color is a typical characteristic of the material.
